- Setiap pelajar menjalani orientasi selama 14 hari mulai tarikh kemasukan ke institusi.
- Setiap pelajar disediakan diet yang mencukupi dan seimbang mengikut menu yang ditetapkan.
- Setiap aduan mengenai masalah kesihatan atau kecederaan pelajar akibat kemalangan dirujuk kepada pihak berkenaan dalam tempoh tidak melebihi 45 minit dari masa aduan di terima.
- Setiap pelajar dinilai melalui sistem peperiksaan dua (2) kali setahun bagi mengetahui dan menilai tahap pencapaian.
- Pelajar mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Penyertaan Kemahiran dalam tempoh 12 bulan pengajian.
- Pelajar mendapat Sijil Penyertaan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat sekurang-kurangnya Tahap 2 atau setaraf dengannya bagi kursus-kursus berkaitan dalam tempoh 18 bulan pengajian.
- Setiap pelajar mendapat pemulihan daripada Jurupulih Perubatan Anggota sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam tempoh 30 hari.
- Setiap pelajar mendapat pemulihan daripada Jurupulih Perubatan Carakerja sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam tempoh 30 hari.
- Setiap pelajar diberi elaun bulanan mengikut kadar yang ditetapkan.
- Setiap pelajar disediakan satu tempat tidur yang berasingan.
